The restaurant has a view over the water with outdoor
seating on the museum jetty. Seating accommodation is
50-60 indoors and 40 outside. The dining room contains
a wood-burning oven and an open fireplace. The restaurant
is characterised by exciting architecture, sea views, jetty,
open fireplace and fantastic food. The locale is simple with
clean lines, and the decoration conveys a Nordic flavour.
The restaurant began its activities with the opening of the museum in June 2000.
