Capture the summer light – a course in watercolour
This event has passed

info
Join us for some exciting days of painting in the fantastic environments of Bohuslän!
The summer light casts its own unique palette, creating a distinctive ambiance over the stunning rock outcrops, islands, and surrounding waters of The Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn. Naturally, we utilize this when venturing out to capture the impressions in our sketches. We bring our materials with us to the museum's studio, where we engage in both simplifying and portraying the nuances of the summer light. This promises to be a profound exploration into both pigment knowledge and image composition.
The course is recommended for those who have basic knowledge and experience of watercolour painting. We will experiment with different materials and techniques. Theory and demonstrations are mixed with individual tutoring, depending on where you stand in your painting practice.
