Capture the Light – Watercolour Course in the Landscape of Bohuslän
This event has passed

info
The longer days and returning light bring a unique colour palette, with soft sunlight casting its rays at a low angle over cliffs and water.
We’ll venture outdoors with sketchbooks in hand to capture impressions of the nearby cliffs and the distant coastal landscape. The material we gather will be brought back to the museum's studio, where we’ll devote ourselves to the challenging art of simplification and practice depicting light!
This course is suitable for those with basic knowledge of watercolour painting.
We will experiment with different materials and techniques, and each day will include a group review of the day’s work. Theory and demonstrations will be combined with individual guidance tailored to your current level of painting.
Welcome to the world of watercolour, where we let water and colour flow freely!
