Together with the artist Petter Askergren, we discover the possibilities of watercolour painting. Through playful experiments we challenge ourselves and discover new techniques. With us in the workshop we also have Fredrik Thorsén, artist and product expert from Fila Nordic. We get the chance to try materials from brands like Daler-Rowney and Arches.
Petter has painted pretty much his whole life and grew up in a family where painting was an important part of everyday life. In the late 90s, Petter studied art history at Uppsala University and was going to apply for art school the same year as he got his record deal.

About
Petter Askergren
Petter has painted pretty much his whole life and grew up in a family where painting was an important part of everyday life. In the late 90s, Petter studied art history at Uppsala University and was going to apply for art school the same year as he got his record deal. While his career as an musician went on, Petter devoted himself to watercolour painting sporadically. Gradually, painting has once again began to play a significant role, to become even more intense around and after 2012. Today he is active in Åre, the Koster Islands and Stockholm, among other places.
