Open house in the Open studio
Time: at 4.00–6.00 pm
Take part in a talk between artist Carin Ellberg and museum director Bera Nordal. In her solo exhibition It may be something that the sea lays at my feet , which is on display at The Nordic Watercolour Museum until 29 January 2023, Carin Ellberg shows works created from 2016 onwards. The many watercolour paintings presented on the walls interact with sculptural objects that seem to float in the exhibition space.
During this talk, which takes place inside the exhibition, we learn more about Carin Ellberg's artistry. Through the words of the artist and the museum director, we also get to know more about how the exhibition came to be and how it was designed.
The artist talk is free of charge, but an entrance ticket to the exhibition is required. No pre-registration.
This is part of the Art evening That the Nordic Watercolour Museum presents together with the Friend's Association, Vatten Restaurang & Kafé and Tjörn municipality – click here to see the entire program.
