info
As the days grow shorter and nature prepares for cold and darkness, we listen to the history of the land. What memories are preserved in soil, rock, trunk, and sea? Through the materials, we make space for the breaths of the landscape, the charcoal strokes, and the stitches. There will be readings, walks, fika, and creative activities in the forest and by the sea.

The Listening
The Listening is a recurring series of gatherings that takes place between islands – more specifically between Orust and Tjörn, between AiC (Artists in Coexistence) and The Nordic Watercolour Museum. We come together around the simple shared activity of listening together. You can take part on site every time or not at all, and still be part of the Listening. Listening can be practised anywhere, and for that reason digital letters from us are also part of the series.
Now is the time for listening – join in!
