Nearest bus stop is called Kommunhuset, Tjörn. Follow signs to Södra Hamnen / Nordiska Akvarellmuseet. The walk takes about 10–15 minutes.

From Gothenburg, follow the brown/white signs along the E6. From Stenungsund, you cross the bridges to Tjörn. After the bridges, turn left onto road 169. Follow the brown/white signs to Skärhamn and to Nordiska Akvarellmuseet/The Nordic Watercolour Museum.

In front of the museum there is a parking lot with 25 spaces and four spaces reserved for you with limited mobility. Please note that parking is free of charge but limited to four hours. In close proximity to the museum (5–10 minutes walk) there are more parking spaces.
