- What exhibitions are currently on display?
During the summer of 2023, we show the exhibition Animal Kingdom. It contains works by 14 artists and artist collectives from five centuries. The last day of the exhibition is Sunday 3 September 2023.

- Are there any exhibitions with the Museum's collection?
At The Nordic Watercolour Museum, we do not display a permanent exhibition of works from our collection. Instead, we continuously show selections from it. By only working with temporary exhibitions, we can show a larger part of our collection over time. During the summer of 2023, a small part of the collection can be seen upstairs in the series of watercolours by Lars Lerin. During the autumn, more works from the collection will be on display.

Tjörn - Island of Art
On Tjörn we love art and nature. From the jetty at The Nordic Watercolour Museum, you can dip your paintbrush in water while you dip your toes in the sea. From the cliffs of the historic landscape of Sculpture in Pilane, you can gaze out over the sea with the sculpture Anna by your side. Across the water stands Pater Noster, the king of lighthouses, where you have a world-class design hotel that offers you a home on the horizon.
